MoCap shoot: Swiss press is impressed

As we mentioned recently, we had the opportunity to reveal the motion capture process to the Swiss press visting the seto on our last shoot.

This is the report from OUTNOW: "In his latest project, director Samir relies on the technology that already amazed us in "Avatar". We were able to visit the Mo-Cap set in Winterthur."

Another report, for the Winterthurer Zeitung, about our groundbreaking work in animation for the documentary film!

"In an empty, garishly lit hall, the actor Ophir Raray jumps like a frog. He wears a full body suit studded with sensors. On the screen we see a little boy portraying Samir as a child."

There's also a podcast from SRF with even more technical and creative insights into motion capture.

"Director Samir is making a documentary film: "The Miraculous Transformation of the Working Class into Foreigners". For this, animations were shot with motion-capture technology, which is known from games. We were there for the filming."

Not to be missed!
